Order cancellation

We are always ready to accept your cancellation for any reason, until the ordering process is complete. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you have the right to return items you have already received within 14 days if necessary. Return Policy

The returned item must meet the following parameters:

• The returned item must arrive at our store no later than 14 days from the date of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee you a refund;
• Upon the items are received by the store, and if all return conditions have been met, you will receive your money back by the original method of payment;
• We strongly recommend that all customers check items upon receipt, before removing tags, price tags, and original packaging;
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.

Refund

Once we receive the item and make sure it meets the return policy, we will refund your money using the original method of payment. Please note that transfers can take up to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
