Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the Rules of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and Payment system MIR on the principles of payment confidentiality and security, which uses the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over secure communication channels. Bank card data are entered on a secure payment page "Yookassa".
On the page for entering the bank card data you will need to enter the following data: card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional Identification Code for MIR). All necessary data is printed on the card itself. The three-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card.
Then you will be redirected to your bank’s page to enter the security code, which you receive in the SMS. If you didn't receive the security code, you should contact your card issuing bank.
Cases of Payment Rejection:
- the bank card is not intended to make payments via the Internet, which you can find out by contacting your Bank;
- there are not enough funds on the bank card for payment. You can find out more about the funds available on the bank card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
- the bank card data were entered incorrectly;
- the bank is expired. The card expiration date is usually indicated on the front side of the card (it is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the card validity period by contacting the bank that issued the card;

International Shipping
For customers from other countries of the world, we send the order without taxes. This means that the shipping price does not include import tax, and you may have to pay import tax when you receive your item or after you receive the package, depending on your local tax system.
